AHMEDABAD: Marking International Women’s Day, the city-based V-Help Foundation on Sunday, March 6, honoured and felicitated 10 women achievers in recognition of their services in different fields, said its Co-founder Maulik Bhavsar.
V-Help Foundation, an NGO working for the promotion of children’s education and development of the society for the last 12 years, organized the fourth edition of the URJA Awards 2022 on the occasion of International Women Day 2022 to celebrate and honour the confidence, passion, fearlessness, and spirit of 10 leading women in 10 different categories.
ISAR organization’s Jayshreeben Joshi was the chief guest. Joshi lauded the woman achievers for excelling in their choosen fields. By honouring these women, the Foundation was motivating others also to join their bandwagon.
Rehabilitation Council of India Zonal Co-ordinator Dr Shradha Rai; Drama, Cinema and TV artist Annapoorna Shukla, Jayshri Parikh and Pinki Parikh were the Guests of Honour at this event. The URJA Awards 2022 was organized with the association of Techforce Infotech & Rudram Marketing.
The awardees are Sudha Joshi was awarded in recognition of her contribution to education, while Ramilaben Gamit for health and hygiene, Sandhya Panchal (Media), Kajal Prajapati (Earth Star), Kamakya India, Pragnya Mohan (triathlon champion for sports), Dr Ashish Kaur (Health), Richa Dalwani (Business innovation), Miral Patel (Arts) and Mahi Patel (Social Media influencer) were given trophy and certificates.
