Mumbai : As a measure of commemorating India’s 78th Independence Day, LIC Housing Finance Limited has announced special discounted rates on home loans under “Griha Rakshak”, a special home loan scheme dedicated to the brave men and women of our armed forces. Under the Griha Rakshak scheme, individuals with a CIBIL score of 750 and above can avail of home loans at a special rate of 8.40% per annum, for amounts up to 2 crores. There are no processing fees involved. This exclusive offer is valid until 30th September 2024 and is open to all serving/retired personnel from the ‘Army’, ‘Navy’, ‘Airforce’, ‘Coast Guard’, and paramilitary forces.
