Ahmedabad – Dream Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to enhancing safety and well-being, arranged a self-defense training workshop for around 60 students at Shrusti Vidhya Vihar School on Nikol Viratnaar Road in Ahmedabad.The workshop aimed to equip students with essential skills and confidence to protect themselves in various situations. Experienced instructors from renowned martial arts academies were invited to lead the sessions, ensuring the training was both effective and engaging. The event began with an inspiring speech by the Dream Foundation’s founder, emphasizing the importance of self-defense and personal safety. Students eagerly participated in the interactive exercises, learning techniques such as basic strikes, blocks, and escape maneuvers.
Throughout the day, the atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and determination. Students paired up to practice under the watchful eyes of the instructors, who provided personalized guidance and encouragement. By the end of the workshop, the students not only gained valuable self-defense skills but also a sense of empowerment and confidence.
